All online purchased tickets are redeemable throughout the entire season 23/24 – meaning they are not tied to a specific day (unlike the previous year) except the multiday-passes.
At present, orders can be processed with the following card products: VISA, MasterCard, Diners.
Many financial institutions have replaced 'traditional' debit cards with credit card functionality in recent years. With these cards, you can make online payments even without a credit card. You can recognize whether your debit card has this function by the presence of a 'MasterCard' or 'VISA' logo on the card.

Since January 1, 2021, due to an EU directive, online transactions must be authorized through a 2-factor authentication. This enhances customer protection against card misuse by third parties.
Attention: For online purchases, you need to enable your credit card (or debit card) for the so-called 3D Secure process. Registration during the payment process is not possible. Without 3D Secure registration, the online payment will not be processed or may be declined. For more information, please contact your bank.
Depends on the ticket. All day tickets purchased through the webshop are valid throughout the entire season, all multiday-tickets are valid an choosen defined days only.

On our Hompage respectively under the menu item Skiregion/Abfahrten bzw. Skiregion/Lifte we continuously inform our guests about the current status of all open slopes and lifts. Please note that the status may change throughout the day due to weather conditions.
All Keycards whose chip ID begins with '01' or '30' can be recharged.
Our tip: We recommend taking the KEY Card home after your ski day. This way, on your next visit (after purchasing the ticket in the online shop), you can go directly to the slopes without detouring to the cash desk..
If I haven't received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Please check your Spam/Junk folder at the end of the ordering process – sometimes order confirmations are mistakenly automatically moved there by your email program.
If that is not the case, you have the option to get the QR-code at any time in your personal customer account in the field "My orders". Just click on "QR-Code" right beside the order in question. A field opens showing the QR-Code, which you can show at pick on the cash desk.
If you click on "Detail" you get all information about your order.
Info: You need the QR-Code for pick-up ONLY. With reload (on an existing keycard) you can go directly to the pists.

• Under 'Orders,' you can see all successful, completed orders.
• Under 'Order Attempts,' you can see all failed or aborted order attempts.

After selecting the desired lift ticket(s) and adding them to the cart, and clicking the 'Buy Now' button, you will be prompted to either log in with an existing account or create a new customer account. Day-valid tickets (Day, AM, PM, 3h, etc.) as well as multi-day tickets can also be purchased through a guest order – creating a customer account is not mandatory for this.
You can initiate the deletion of your account at any time in your personal account area (under 'My Account'). Any unsubscribing from the newsletter must be done separately through the provided unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
